GetHiroshima Map
Be more than a tourist
The first GetHiroshima Map was published in spring 2004. It was started to provide Hiroshima's many short term visitors up to date information
and help them get a more rounded view of the city. Since then it has grown from a few thousand
A4 copies to today's map containing over 100 listings with a print run of 70,000 a year. We see it as a pocket version of GetHiroshima on paper which hopefully conveys
a sense of what it's like to live in, rather than just pass through, the city we call home.
The GetHiroshima Map has not only been a useful resource for visitors, but for residents too. Please remember, though, it is just an introduction, a way of scratching the surface of what
Hiroshima has to offer. You'll find much more information here in the website, where you can move from scratching to digging!
Putting this map together takes a lot of time and energy. So, if you don't want to keep it as a souvenir of your stay, we'd appreciate it
if you'd try to pass it on to someone who might find it useful. We'd love to hear your suggestions as to how to make this map more useful,
opinions of places you visit, or any tales from your stay you'd like to share. Hit the "Feedback" link at the bottom of any page to get in touch.
