Gusto (Skylark)

A chain restaurant worth keeping in mind as a safety on your list of eateries.
Gusto offers a wide variety of meat and non meat dishes making it vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Favorites are the set meals of steak, salad and rice or potatoes for about ¥1,000 or the Wafu-Udon Salada which is a big bowl of delicious cold noodle salad with tuna & mushrooms, a great value for money.

The menu changes each season, and with each visit more and more healthy, organic and meat free options are being added which makes a change. A current favorite is the Vegetable Thai curry (tastes like Japanese curry) with rice, and you can't go wrong with the french fries.
A popular restaurant with students and families especially due to the cold/hot drink bar where for 250 yen you can have as many refills as you like (the coffee is pretty good). For dessert, the ice-cream sundaes and organic cakes are a treat.

GUSTO IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT WHEN I WAS IN JAPAN..NOW IM PREGNANT AND CRAVING TO EAT IN GUSTO MY FAVORITE BURGER STEAK WITH EBI FRY BUT IM IN THE PHILIPPINES NOW NO CHANCE TO HAVE :(HUHUHU...IM REALLY SAD.

My wife and I lived near a Gusto when we lived in Japan and we went there a lot. The food is great and reasonably priced, and the video games are fun, too.

I think Gusto's take out system is good. And Gusto's dishes are delicious and cheap. The atmosphere is lively. I like it.

Gusto restaurant is a good place for a rest.The specialty is western food.I like the "Doria" because it is hot and delicious. The atmosphere is all right.

GUSTO is very reasonable for students. Gusto serves American (Hamburgers, desserts and fried chicken) and Japanese style foods (Wafu Udon, Japanese set meals) equally well.

I think that Gusto is a good place because it has many cheap dishes. Gusto's cooks are very good. I often go to Gusto with my friends. There are many Gustos in Japan.

I often go to GUSTO. The food is very delicious and cheap! There are "GUSTO" chain restaurants in Higashi Hiroshima too. They have a lot of different dishes to choose from and that the menu often changes by season. I often go to GUSTO with my friends. On the menu , I like the Drink bar (about ¥200 yen)because it is All-you-can-drink? There are some kinds in the Drink bar such as cola, coffee, and tea….

I often go to the "Kokutaiji" Gusto. I recommend the chicken dishes.
