Who can post messages?
Everybody. Anybody can start a new thread, and anybody can post a reply.
When posting, why does it ask for a username and password?
If you are a registered member, you should supply your username and password. If you are not a member, then just provide any username and leave the password field blank.
If non-members can post, why bother being a member?
Members keep the same username each time they post. Nobody else can use their usernames. So, people tend to trust registered members more. .
How do I become a member?
