Hiroshima Dreamination

Other than the big blue Christmas Tree, I find it very hard to recommend these illuminations which are a triumph of tack over taste. That said they really do pull in the crowds and my own kids love them. Throngs of people screaming "kirei!", kids running in and out of the sculptures made of some 1,300,000 light bulbs and the constant flash of digital cameras does make for a nice atmosphere - so see you down there. I'll be the grumpy one mumbling "bah, humbug".
