Niji no misaki Festival

This very chill 5 day festival attracts more and more people from Hiroshima every year, and they all come back - whether sun burnt or soaked through - with smiles on their faces. It ain't a rave, but if you want to unwind after a hectic opening to the new work/school whatever year this could be just the ticket.
