Cusco Cafe

Cusco Cusco cafe, run by long-term resident Peruvian brother and sisters, have become an important part of the thriving international community here. This place is a pivotal point for many of our international residents and visitors. Cusco, and their sister restaurant Tinto, are two of the only multilingual restaurants in the city- Spanish, English and Japanese speakers will all feel very comfortable here.

As they are open everyday of the year (no holidays) from 9am-11pm (last order), Cusco’s is a great resource for residents and travelers who want a decent meal at a decent price anytime of day.

Cafe Appreciate

First floor cafe window seating An especially lovely little cafe when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, Cafe Appreciate is a quiet and romantic hideaway a few blocks over from the Peace park along the banks of the Tenmagawa river. 感謝 Kansha or “Being Thankful” is what the female owner says of her cafe’s concept. She hopes a visit to this cafe will help guests ‘appreciate’ life, friends, and a very pleasant place to enjoy a drink or some food- it’s a very suitable name for this handsome cafe.
