Mugen∞5610

Mugen∞5610 is apparently the biggest in the Chugoku area and has a pretty mean sound system.

The upper floor is a full on club space, and although it has a bar it's all about dancing. The bar floor also has a DJ set up and a small dance floor as well as lots of tables and chairs at which you can drink and chill.

To comply with Japan's wierd licensing laws Mugen∞5610 is an event hall and is usually given over to one off club events, and the high rental fees and usually means high admission prices.

On nights when no event is booked, the bar floor is often given over to local DJs with a low cover charge - these nights are often short notice, and overt publicity minimal. Keep an eye on the GetHiroshima's event listing page for details.

Gone here for 2 events and like them both. Met the manager and hooked it up with some free drinks.

Have been a few times for varied size events, it's not bad. Sound system is fine, it's a fairly big place, and well organised. I love the location, 'in the depths' downtown, but there's something that seems to be missing there. Could be a little more 'special' rather than just a big club. I'd go gain though if there's a good event on.
