Cover used to be quite a nice club space until it shut down by "the man". Now, across the hall, Ton runs a very small, but friendly space.
There's a counter bar and a couple of extra stools along the wall. The fact that the DJ booth could accommodate another table shows that Ton takes music seriously; the sound system is more than ample for the space and, on occasion, I have seen people shaking their thang (just don't tell the police).
Enjoint Bar Cover has a loyal clientele of bar hopping young things who tend to move through in waves. You can be sat in a completely empty bar when suddenly a big group pile in for a few drinks and the odd tequila shot. An hour later, it's quiet again until the next wave. Doesn't seem to make much difference what night of the week so it can be a good bet if you are looking for a fun atmosphere on a weeknight.

"The smallest club in Hiroshima" WC - Wed Jul 2009
It's tiny. It's really good. My favourite place in Hiroshima at the moment. The sound system is ridiculous for a place of it's size. Sounds great. If you are lucky you can find a party going on any day of the week. Ton-san and Tsuitti have great energy levels, love their music and are very friendly. They keep the place really nice and it even smells great.
